How do I sign up for the mailing list?

How do I know which absorbency level I need?
We have a range of products with different absorbency levels, which means you can choose a product that is best suited to the level of your flow. In our range of pads and tampons, the Regular absorbency is a great option for your light or medium-flow days. On heavy-flow days a Super absorbency product is best, while our Goodnights pads are designed with the highest absorbency level to give you protection all night long. We also have a range of liners that are perfect for the start or end of your period, everyday freshness, or just in case! Browse our complete range of products to find which suits you best here.
How do I know which product to use?
One thing is certain, we're all different, so product choice is an individual one. We offer pads, tampons and liners that are designed with unique features to help you best manage your period, so you can get on with the bigger things in life without distraction. Which format you choose really depends on what works for you, as long as you have an absorbency that matches your flow. Browse our products here to find out which suits your needs best. Where can I get free samples?
Unfortunately we're not currently offering free samples for Libra, but please sign up for our mailing list so we can let you know as soon as any samples are available! We do also offer free Libra Girl starter kits all year around at LibraGirl. These are a great starter pack for girls that are just starting out and include a range of Libra products and information on periods and puberty.
Are Libra products really designed by women?
Yes, we believe that women are especially able to understand the needs of other women and it's exactly what motivates us to find new and better ways to manage periods. Our new ideas are sometimes big and sometimes just a detail, but as women ourselves, we know what makes a difference. Women are involved at every stage of the process from the beginning product designs, through all the steps up until the moment our products reach you.
The product I'm looking for isn't on the website, what can I do?

Are Libra Products Australian made?
Libra has been manufactured in Australia for over 35 years, and most of our products continue to be made in right here in Victoria. The only Libra products currently not made locally are our 2-in-1 Flexi Liners and our Applicator tampons.
Do you test your products on animals?
We do not condone testing of products on animals, nor do we test our products on animals. We support the development of alternative animal testing methods and advocate to prevent redundant animal testing regulations.

Do you have resources I can use to educate my students?

Where can I purchase Libra products?
All products with a 'buy now' button are available from our online store in Australia. Alternatively, you can find our products in all major supermarkets and pharmacies across Australia and New Zealand.
What is the cost of delivery?
Free, Australia Wide!
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within Australia only.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days, although it may be a little longer if you live in a remote area.
What if my parcel is damaged?
Damage or loss in transit is rare however if it happens we will take responsibility for it. Please contact us to organise the return of damaged goods, or to report that a parcel has not arrived within the above timeframes.
My order has not arrived?
If your order has not arrived, check whether a delivery note has been left by the courier. If you were not home, the courier may have chosen not to leave your order on the doorstep. Please contact us if there is no note and we will follow this up for you!
How can I return my order?
Return details are printed on the packing slip affixed to your order. A full refund will be processed once your order is received by us. Please Note: Unless the product is faulty, only unopened and unused product can be returned.
